Jessica has been Jai Yoga’s marketing person since 2006. She loves her job! Her marketing projects allow for a blend of creativity, independence, discipline and awareness. Not to mention, the loving support of a yoga community.

For the past several years, yoga has supported Jessica through many changes. Her yoga practice has allowed her to cultivate compassion, kindness and patience for others, and especially for herself.

In September of 2007, Jessica was married and moved to Rolla, MO. From afar, she continues her work and relationship with Jai Yoga as a telecommuter. She is very happy to stay connected to the community she loves and looks forward to returning to Maine in a few years.

Meanwhile, her exploration of the Self through yoga continues each moment of each day.
