Jessie Chalmers
Jessie’s first yoga class began in an apartment at the end of an impossibly winding street in Spain. Thus began her journey and passion for yoga. She has spent time with yoga in many places since and her practice has supported her in times of transition, injury, and stress. Jessie’s yoga practice has helped her to develop strength, balance, compassion, and a deeper connection to herself and the world around her. She delights in sharing the many benefits and joyful spirit of yoga with her students. Jessie is a 200-hour certified Kripalu instructor with experience in Anusara, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles.
