Open Class Descriptions

hand-to-foot.jpgOur OPEN CLASS SCHEDULE offers weekly, ongoing yoga classes. You may come to any of our open classes at anytime. There is no need to call ahead or to commit to a series. Begin at anytime; come to one class or come to 101 classes. It is up to you!

Our intention in offering these classes is to give you the flexibility that you need to make yoga a part of your lifestyle. Whether that is coming to the same class each week, enjoying a class or two while you are in the area on vacation, or coming to a different class every day of the year!

See below for descriptions of our open class schedule offerings!

BASICS
Great for beginners! Learn the fundamentals of a safe yoga practice: postures, alignment, breathing techniques and relaxation. Eight consecutive classes will give you a foundation to fully participate in our other classes and to begin a practice at home. We run these classes in 8-week series, but you can still come anytime. If you are new to yoga it is best to begin with the first class in the series. For more information, click here.
