We will send one of our well-trained, certified and insured yoga teachers to your office or workplace. Yoga is a perfect fit at work, relieving stress while increasing flexiblity, strength and concentration. Healthier, more relaxed employees is a benefit for everyone. We offer onsite yoga for employees, executives, faculty, students and staff.

The exchange rate for corporate classes at businesses within Brunswick city limits or at the studio are $90/hour. For classes at businesses within a 30 minute drive of Brunswick, the rate is $100/hour.
