Join Katie for an evening of fun and laughter…the yogic way! Laugh to get your heart pumping and the positive energy flowing! This is an excellent way to support the community and yourself in an ongoing way. Increase your energy, boost your immune system and connect with others.

No need to register, just show up! No mat, experience or special clothes needed. Come as you are!

Laughter Yoga is based on the scientific evidence that our bodies cannot distinguish the difference between real and “practiced” laughter. Therefore, we gain the same benefits from practicing laughter as much as we do from truly laughing. Laughter Yoga uses laughter as a tool, rather than an emotion, for the purpose of improving health, increasing a sense of well-being and promoting peace through personal transformation.

You do not need to have a sense of humor to laugh. You do not need to be happy to laugh. You do not need to have a reason to laugh. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to laugh!
