Immerse themselves in depth yoga practice.
Learn to tune into the truth of your body, mind and spirit.
Learn of the history, philosophy and lineage of Tantric Hatha Yoga as practiced and taught by Swami Kripalu, whose teachings inform and inspire the work at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
Practice and understand proper alignment, adjustments, modifications and variations for 25 postures and 5 breathing techniques.
Learn how to guide students and yourself skillfully in beginner, gentle, meditative flow and workout style classes.
Be ready to teach in a variety of settings.
Discover the dos and don’ts of creating a safe space to guide students into their own depth yoga experiences.
Understand the steps and the subtleties of how to support students in hands-on adjustments, verbal assists, and holding space for their own inner reflection.
Create a network of support with fellow students and trainers that will inspire you in your teaching and practice.
Graduates of our YTT report gaining a profound sense of self through the power of one’s own yoga practice. They leave with the skilled vision to meet students where they are, and the inspired compassion to take them to where they want to be. Pranakriya graduates teach their students how to discover themselves through the power of yoga.
